Take control of home deliveries
Add more functionality to UPS Mobile with UPS My Choice®. A membership lets you hold shipments at the UPS operations facility, leave the package with a neighbor, specify "leave at" instructions, or authorize shipment release online at no cost. You will receive delivery alerts with a text, voice mail or e-mail – your choice.
With UPS My Choice, the delivery planner feature allows you to take action on any packages scheduled for delivery. You will see all your incoming UPS packages as well as packages already delivered.
UPS My Choice users can log in with Facebook, which links with the UPS ID, eliminating the need to remember two IDs and passwords. If you’re not registered for UPS My Choice, you can sign up through Facebook.
A UPS My Choice Premium offers additional benefits for $40 per year. For instance, you can reschedule a delivery, ship to The UPS Store® or change the delivery location at no extra charge. Those without a premium membership pay a $5 charge per package.
