Here's the scenario: Your workday is almost over, and just as you're getting ready to turn off the lights, a customer calls to say she didn't receive an e-mail notification with tracking information.
Don’t worry. Whether the mysterious disappearance was caused by a typing error, an accidental deletion or an overactive spam filter, you can easily resend the information to your customer by tracking the shipment at ups.com.
Verify your customer's e-mail address, and then:
At ups.com, select the Tracking tab.
Enter the tracking number.
Select Track.
Select View package progress.
Scroll to the bottom of the page and enter the customer’s e-mail address.
Select Send.
