With UPS Returns® Flexible Access, your customers can conveniently tender their packages at thousands of UPS and U.S. Postal Service locations, including a local post office or mailbox.

You get the reliability and visibility of shipping with UPS, now with fewer customer inquiries, leading to improved customer satisfaction and more repeat business.

To request that UPS contact you when UPS Returns Flexible Access becomes available, send an e-mail. Include your name, title, address, phone number and UPS account number. Please note the approximate number of returns your company has per day and indicate whether you currently offer your customers a prepaid returns program.
