Ever need to create a shipment in UPS CampusShip® for someone who needs to ship from another location? Or perhaps you need to create a shipment for one of your vendors or for a customer return. In all these cases, you can easily create the shipment in CampusShip and e-mail the label, wherever the shipper may be.

Once your e-mail arrives, all the other person has to do is print the label attached to your e-mail and affix it to the package.

To e-mail a shipping label, first use CampusShip to create a label to print. Then follow any of these four methods to send an image of the shipping label via e-mail:

Easiest: On the screen, right click on the label, then select, name and save it as a bitmap (.bmp) file. Attach the file to your e-mail to the shipper.

Or

Use an on-screen image capture program (such as Snagit) to scan and create a digital image of the label. Attach it to your e-mail.

Or

Use Alt-PrintScrn to capture a graphic of the label and paste into your e-mail.

Or

Print the shipping label, then scan and save it into a file format such as JPEG (.jpg) or Bitmap (.bmp), and attach it to your e-mail.
