UPS WorldShip® is our flagship shipping system and the most popular shipping system in the world. Every day, millions of shipments are created on WorldShip, picked up and delivered to their destinations all over the globe. Shouldn't you be using WorldShip, too?

Q. Do I have to enter the tracking number every time I want to track a package in UPS WorldShip?
A.
No, you only need to use your mouse. Select the History icon from the tool bar on the main shipping page, and then highlight the tracking number of the shipment. Right-click and select UPS Detail Tracking Page. This will direct you to the ups.com tracking page with your selected tracking number already populated, so you don't have to cut and paste it. Select Track for results.

Q. When I process a ground freight shipment, WorldShip defaults to printing four labels. Can I change it to print only one?
A.
Yes, you can. Go to the Tools tab and select Shipper Editor from the pull-down menu. Highlight your shipper number. Select Modify, then go to the Freight tab and change the Number of Labels to Print to 1. Then select OK.

Q. Can I process an air freight shipment from WorldShip?
A.
When you want to ship air freight, the Air Freight Shipping window will replace the WorldShip Shipping window. They look very similar. To access it from WorldShip, go to either the Shipping or Shipment History window and select Create UPS Air Freight Shipment on the UPS Web Access menu. Or, on the Service tab in the Shipping window, select the checkbox next to Freight, and then choose Air.
